1. Choose Your Plan
Pick the subscription tier or à la carte option that fits your family’s needs. Once you decide the tier that works best for you, fill out the form by clicking the button above. You can upgrade or cancel anytime.
2. Secure Your Spot.
Once we receive your completed form, we’ll follow up to gather a few more details so we can personalize your child’s curriculum. You’ll also receive a link to set up your EdgeBox subscription.
This will be a recurring payment if you subscribe to one of our curriculum plans, but it won’t begin until the month before your selected school start date. If you are just requesting live teacher sessions, those are not a recurring subscription and therefore will only be billed as needed.
For example, if you plan to start school in August, your first payment will be processed in July, and your first EdgeBox will arrive during the third week of July. This gives you plenty of time to review materials, prepare, and ask any questions before the school year begins.
EdgeBox runs on a full school year schedule. Monthly subscription payments represent your yearly curriculum and support, split into equal payments. Subscriptions stay active through holidays and school breaks, since planning and curriculum work continues during those times. Stopping payments releases your student’s spot and re-enrollment later depends on space and the waiting list.
3. Start Learning
If you choose the Essential Plan, you’ll receive your EdgeBox once a month. It includes everything you need to plan and organize your own lessons on your schedule. You have the flexibility to structure learning your way using our curated resources and aligned curriculum.
The Standard Plan includes everything in Essential—plus weekly support to keep you on track, games, more customized content, and more.
You’ll receive your first EdgeBox the month before your selected start date, then get a new box each week so you always have a full week to review and prep ahead of time.
You’ll also get a step-by-step parent guide & cheat sheets that break down pacing, lessons, strategies, and materials so you and your student stay organized and confident.
The Premium Plan includes everything in the Standard Plan — and much more.
Each week, you’ll complete a quick check-in survey to let us know how things are going. Based on your feedback, we’ll customize your next EdgeBox to address any challenges and provide extra reinforcement through:

These materials are designed just for your student to support their unique needs and learning style.
You’ll also get on-demand access to schedule 1-on-1 virtual sessions with a licensed educator — for you or your student. Whether you need tips for teaching a tricky topic or your student is stuck and needs support, we’re here to help.
Plus — every quarter, you’ll receive an EdJect Kit: a hands-on, project-based box created around your child’s interests and learning goals. Kids LOVE unboxing these, and it’s the perfect way to make learning fun and meaningful.
Subscription billing and cancellations
EdgeBox curriculum subscriptions renew on the same calendar date each month, using the payment method on file. The renewal date matches the original sign-up date for the subscription.
To stop a renewal, submit a cancellation request by 5:00 p.m. Central Time, 24 hours before the renewal date. After a payment processes for a new month, the subscription for the new month remains active and nonrefundable.
EdgeBox operates with limited student spaces, and monthly tuition supports planning, curriculum design, and seat reservations in advance. This policy protects program stability for enrolled families.
Pricing and Enrollment Policy
Enrollment plans reflect current service scope and educator time. Pricing is subject to change at renewal or for new enrollments. Existing uninterrupted enrollments remain at their current rate through the active enrollment term.
