EdgeBox is a monthly homeschool curriculum subscription created by a certified teacher with a master's in digital learning and homeschool mom. It’s designed to simplify your homeschooling life with aligned lessons, hands-on projects, and optional educator support.
We currently offer EdgeBox for grades PK–12, but we personalize materials based on your child’s learning level and goals.
Subscription Billing and Cancellations Policy
You have the option to end your subscription at any time. EdgeBox follows a full school year model, so subscriptions do not pause for holidays or short breaks. Monthly payments reflect your student’s yearly curriculum and support, divided into equal amounts. When a subscription ends, that student spot opens for a family on the waiting list. If you decide to return later, enrollment depends on current availability.
EdgeBox curriculum subscriptions renew on the same calendar date each month, using the payment method on file. The renewal date matches the original sign-up date for the subscription.
To stop a renewal, submit a cancellation request by 5:00 p.m. Central Time, 24 hours before the renewal date. After a payment processes for a new month, the subscription for the new month remains active and nonrefundable.
EdgeBox operates with limited student spaces, and monthly tuition supports planning, curriculum design, and seat reservations in advance. This policy protects program stability for enrolled families.
Your first payment will be charged on the day that you sign up and complete your payment. Once payment is successful, we will begin working on your student's EdgeBox. You can expect to receive the first one approximately two weeks after you make your payment (Essential plan will always receive its EdgeBox resource bundle during the last week of each month), as it takes us a little longer to set up. From there, you will receive your Edgebox weekly (or monthly if your Essential plan). Payments will be automatically drafted each month, as this is a subscription service. If you need to make changes to the payment source, send us an email, and we can send you a link to update the payment source.
Enrollment plans reflect the current service scope and educator time. Pricing is subject to change at renewal or for new enrollments. Existing uninterrupted enrollments remain at their current rate through the active enrollment term.
Yes! EdgeBox is aligned to your state’s educational standards if required and/or desired.
No. Planning, writing, and adjusting lessons continue during holiday weeks so your student stays on track for the year. Families sometimes take lighter days at home during those weeks, but subscriptions remain active. If payments stop during a holiday or break, the student’s spot opens for another family, and their return later depends on open spots.
Not at all. We provide pacing guides, but EdgeBox is fully flexible—you can go at your family’s pace.
If you’re on the Premium plan, you can schedule a 1-on-1 virtual session with a licensed educator anytime for help, clarification, or even strategy tips for teaching using the provided scheduling link.
EdgeBox is not an accredited school program but rather a custom homeschool curriculum service created by a certified educator and homeschool mom to support families who are homeschooling independently.
We chose not to pursue accreditation for a few important reasons:
More Flexibility – Accreditation comes with strict rules about what and when to teach. We believe families deserve the freedom to customize learning around their child’s unique pace, interests, and goals.
Lower Costs – Accreditation is expensive to apply for and maintain. Avoiding it allows us to keep EdgeBox affordable and accessible to more families.
Truly Personalized Plans – Accredited programs often can’t provide fully personalized curriculum because they have to follow standardized grade-level pacing and content. At EdgeBox, everything is tailored to your child.
Homeschoolers Don’t Need It – In most states, families are allowed to choose any curriculum they want as long as they follow their state’s homeschool laws. Accreditation is not required to homeschool legally in the vast majority of the U.S.
Instead of focusing on accreditation, we focus on creating high-quality, customized, standards-aligned (if desired) curriculum that meets your family's needs and gives you the support you deserve, without the red tape.
EdgeBox is available to families nationwide. Curriculum is customizable for any U.S. state requirements.

Weekly delivery day
After your student’s initial EdgeBox is delivered, weekly EdgeBox lessons and resources are delivered by email every Monday morning.
Initial setup and first delivery timeline
Standard and Premium EdgeBox plans require an initial setup period of approximately 2 to 3 weeks before the first delivery.
This setup period covers student intake review, customization, pacing and sequencing, and building the plan ahead to align content to your student’s needs and learning goals.
EdgeBox is not a one-size-fits-all curriculum. Content is built for each student, so the initial setup period is required to deliver a high-quality, aligned experience.
Why Monday delivery matters
Weekly delivery on Monday supports a consistent weekly routine.
Weekend adjustments allow EdgeBox to respond to progress, struggles, pacing needs, and parent feedback so the next week’s work stays aligned and appropriate.
Service interruptions and delayed delivery
While we work to deliver every Monday morning, delivery timelines are not guaranteed.
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside our control or unavoidable operational disruptions, including power outages, internet outages, platform or device issues, or educator illness.
**If a delay occurs, EdgeBox will deliver as soon as service is restored and operations resume.
Communication during delays
If we anticipate a delay, we will notify families as soon as reasonably possible.
Families agree to allow reasonable flexibility in delivery timing when interruptions occur.
No refunds based solely on timing delays
Short delivery delays, including delays beyond Monday morning, do not qualify as a breach of service and do not automatically result in refunds, credits, or cancellation without payment obligations.
EdgeBox remains committed to providing the full scope of the subscription deliverables once delivery resumes.
Acknowledgment
By enrolling in EdgeBox, families acknowledge and agree to this delivery schedule and flexibility policy.
At this time, EdgeBox is a private-pay subscription, but we provide detailed receipts that may be eligible for reimbursement depending on your state’s program.
Yes! You can do so by emailing us to let us know. We must be notified two weeks before the next payment to ensure that we can adjust in time.
